AI Agents That Actually Run Your Marketing

Not chatbots. Not copilots. Real agents that draft posts, run outreach, update your site, and close the loop on reporting. Built and managed for you by marketers who've been doing this work since 1998.

We're currently working with a small group of companies. If you're one of the next few, your agent will be live in under three weeks.

Why this exists

Every business we talk to has the same problem. The marketing work isn't hard. It's just constant. Posts every day. Follow-ups every week. SEO checks every month. Reporting every quarter. By the time the team gets through the maintenance, there's no time left for the work that actually grows the business.

You can hire someone to do it. That's expensive and slow. You can use a dozen disconnected tools. That's fragmented and still requires a person to run them.

Or you can have an agent do it. One that knows your business, lives in the chat tools your team already uses, and works in the background without needing to be reminded.

That's what we build.

What Your Agent Does

Social media. Drafts posts in your voice, schedules across platforms, monitors mentions, drafts responses. You approve what goes out. The agent handles the rest.

SEO and content. Writes briefs, optimizes existing pages, tracks rankings, surfaces the keywords competitors are winning that you should be. Works while you sleep.

Prospecting and outreach. Researches companies, builds targeted lists, drafts personalized emails, follows up on the schedule you'd set if you had time. Your pipeline stops being something you have to feed.

Reporting. Pulls performance data from every channel into one weekly summary your team can act on. Not a dashboard nobody opens. A short read with what changed and what to do about it.

Website updates. Page edits, landing page changes, content swaps. The kind of work that usually sits in a developer queue for two weeks. Done same-day.

Whatever else runs your day. Email triage, calendar management, CRM updates, internal handoffs between tools. The agent learns your workflows and adapts to them.

How it actually works

The setup is fast because we've done it many times. The work happens in three phases.

Week one. Discovery. A working session, not a sales call, not a kickoff meeting, where we map every recurring marketing task in your business. What gets done, who does it now, what tools live in the workflow, what gets dropped because nobody has time. By the end we know exactly what your agent should handle.

Week two. Build. We deploy the agent in the cloud, configure it for your tools, train it on your brand voice and your processes, and connect it to the channels your team already uses. Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. No new app to learn. You message your agent the way you'd message a coworker.

Week three onward. Operation and tuning. Your team starts using it. We watch how it performs. We add skills, adjust behavior, expand what it can do as you find new things you want off your plate. This is the part most "AI for business" providers skip. It's why most AI deployments fail.

Why this isn't a dev shop project

The hard part of this work isn't the AI. The AI is the easy part now. The hard part is knowing what marketing actually looks like when it's running well. What a good outreach email reads like, what makes a content brief useful, what a CMO actually wants to see in a weekly report, when to follow up and when to leave it alone.

We've been making those judgment calls for clients since 1998. Over a hundred businesses. SEO before SEO was a job. Paid media before the platforms had names. Content marketing before it was a category.

We didn't pivot into AI from a software background. We're marketers who use these tools on our own business every day, see what works, and then build the same thing for clients. The agent we'll build for you is a version of the one we use ourselves.

Pricing

We're keeping the roster small while we tune the model. Here's what it costs.

Setup: $9,500. A one-time fee covering the discovery session, full build, configuration, brand and voice training, integrations with up to three channels, all initial tool and API connections, custom skills, and team onboarding. Three weeks from start to live.

Ongoing: $3,500 per month. Covers everything after launch. Monitoring, maintenance, behavior tuning, new skills as your needs evolve, priority support, and all underlying AI infrastructure. No per-seat fees. No usage caps within reason. No surprise invoices.

We don't itemize what's "included" because the answer is everything you need to keep the agent working well. If your business changes and the agent needs to do something new, that's part of what you're paying for.

Who this is for

This is the right fit if your business is running real marketing operations like content, outreach, SEO, and social, and the team is stretched. If you're spending more on a marketing coordinator than $3,500 a month and getting less output than this would give you, the math is obvious.

This is not the right fit if you're looking for a $99-a-month tool you set up yourself. We don't sell software. We build and manage the system for you. That's the whole product.

A note on where we are

We're not running this at scale yet on purpose. We're working with a small group of companies, including ourselves, to get the model right before we open it up. The companies on it now are seeing real results. We're not ready to publish case studies because we want to let the work compound for another quarter or two before we put numbers on a page.

If you want to be one of the next few clients, the door is open. We'll be honest about what we know works, what we're still learning, and what your agent will and won't do well in month one.
